YUMMY BUTTERSCOTCH BARS
Ingredients
1 box of 400g Chips Delight Butterscotch Mix
1/2 cup softened butter
2 Eggs
Optional: Nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Step 1 Preheat oven to 175 C / 350 F
Step 2
Step 2 Cream 1/2 cup softened butter. Add 2 beaten eggs slowly while mixing. Mix in 400g Chips Delight Chocolate Brownie Mix until well blended.
Step 3
Step 3 Pour into a greased 8" square baking pan. Optional: Top with nuts.
Step 4
Step 4 Bake for 25-30 minutes using bottom heat only.
