Smileys No-Bake Smileys Cheesecake
Ingredients
36 Smileys Vanilla Blast Cookies, divided
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
4 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cups sugar
2 cups thawed Whipped Topping
Preparation
Step 1
Step 1 Crush 24 cookies to form fine crumbs; mix with butter until blended.
Step 2
Step 2 Press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
Step 3
Step 3 Chop 8 of the remaining cookies. Beat cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add chopped cookies and COOL WHIP; stir gently until blended. Spoon into crust.
