Sarap Pinoy Ice Candy Coffee Flavor
Ingredients
1 pack Sarap Pinoy Gulaman Mix Coffee Flavor
1 pack 25 grams coffee
1 can 410ml Kremdensada Milk
1 can 370ml Evaporated Milk
1/4 Sugar
2.6 Liters Water
1 1/2 cup ng cassava flour (dissolve in 600ml water)
Preparation
Step 1
Step 1 Cook Gulaman according to packaging direction then set aside
Step 2
Step 2 Bring to boil the 2.6 liters of water then slowly add the cassava flour. Stir continously until cook. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Step 3 Add the remaining ingredients. Adjust the coffee and sugar according to your taste.
Step 4
Step 4 Cut the gulaman into cubes then add in the coffee mixture.
Step 5
Step 5 Put the coffee jelly mixture in the ice candy bag. Freeze for 2 to 4hrs serve and enjoy!
