Cheesy Puto
Ingredients
1 box Sarap Pinoy Puto Mix (includes 2 packs of 200g mix)
1 cup water
1/2 cup refined sugar
3 teaspoons cooking oil

Preparation
Step 1
Step 1 Half fill steamer with water and boil.
Step 2
Step 2 Grease Puto moulds with margarine or butter. Set aside.
Step 3
Step 3 In a bowl, combine Puto Ready Mix and water. Slowly mix for 1 minute.
Step 4
Step 4 Add sugar and slowly mix for 30 seconds.
Step 5
Step 5 Add cooking oil and slowly mix for 30 seconds.
Step 6
Step 6 Pour into greased Puto moulds about 3/4 full.
Step 7
Step 7 Add cheese and steam for 25 minutes.
