Ingredients
- 10 pcs GALINCO Chips Delight Chocolate Chip Cookies, crushed
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose cream (chilled)
- ½ cup condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or melted chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (or regular marshmallows, cut up)
- 4 pcs GALINCO Chips Delight Cookies, coarsely crushed for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Mix crushed Chips Delight Cookies and melted butter to make the crust. Press firmly into the base of a 6-inch round pan or glass dish. Chill for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the chocolate by whipping the cream until slightly thick. Fold in condensed milk, melted chocolate, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over the crust and level the top.
Step 3
Spread mini marshmallows on top. Toast lightly with a kitchen torch or in an oven for 1–2 minutes until golden and gooey.
Step 4
Sprinkle crushed Chips Delight Cookies over the toasted mallows for crunch. Chill for at least 2 hours before slicing.
