Ingredients
  • 1 pack GALINCO Sarap Pinoy Corn Maja Mix (200 g)
  • 3 cups water
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • ¼ cup condensed milk (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • ¼ cup whole corn kernels (optional, for texture)
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese or toasted coconut (for topping)
Instructions
Step 1
In a pot, combine Sarap Pinoy Corn Maja Mix, water, and evaporated milk. Stir until smooth and lump-free.
Step 2
Cook over medium heat while stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and becomes glossy.
Step 3
Stir in condensed milk and corn kernels (optional). Continue cooking for 3–5 minutes until fully combined.
Step 4
Pour into a lightly greased mold or pan. Smooth the top and let it cool completely. Chill for 1–2 hours to firm up.
Step 5
Top with grated cheese or toasted coconut before serving.
