Sarap Pinoy Bibingka Mix Tart

A modern take on a classic Pinoy favorite, made with GALINCO Sarap Pinoy Bibingka Mix and topped with crushed Chips Delight Cookies for a buttery crunch. Serve warm with butter on top and a light drizzle of condensed milk — soft bibingka inside, cookie-tart crunch outside.

Ingredients
  • 1 pack GALINCO Sarap Pinoy Bibingka Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup melted butter or margarine
  • ¼ cup grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut (optional)
  • 3 pcs GALINCO Chips Delight Cookies, crushed (for topping)
  • Small tart pans or silicone cups
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat and prepare lightly grease tart molds. Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
Step 2
Mix batter in a bowl, combine Sarap Pinoy Bibingka Mix, eggs, water, and melted butter. Stir until smooth and lump-free.
Step 3
Fill molds by pouring the batter into tart pans, filling each about ¾ full.
Step 4
Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and spring back when touched.
Step 5
Garnish while warm, top with grated cheese, a sprinkle of desiccated coconut, and crushed Chips Delight Cookies for a sweet crunch.
