Ingredients
- 6 pcs GALINCO Chips Delight Chocolate Chip Cookies, crushed
- 1 cup pancake mix
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp GALINCO Cream Delight Chocolate Peanut Spread (for filling)
- Butter or oil (for cooking)
- Optional toppings: Whipped cream, cookie crumbs, or chocolate drizzle
Instructions
Step 1
Mix pancake mix, milk, egg, and melted butter in a bowl. Stir until smooth. Fold in crushed Chips Delight Cookies for crunch.
Step 2
Spoon small portions (1 tbsp each) onto a greased pan. When bubbles form, drop a small bit of Cream Delight Spread in the center, then cover with a little more batter. Flip and cook until golden.
Step 3
