Chips Delight Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Ingredients
- 8 pcs Chips Delight Chocolate Chip Cookies, crushed into coarse crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp milk (or heavy cream for richer texture)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, heat-treated*
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional, for extra texture)
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the base: Crush Chips Delight cookies — leave some chunks for bite. Set aside.
Step 2
Cream butter and sugars: In a bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy.
Step 3
Add flavor and moisture: Stir in the crushed Chips Delight cookies and extra chocolate chips if desired.
Step 4
Fold in cookie crumbs: Stir in the crushed Chips Delight cookies and extra chocolate chips if desired.
Step 5
Chill or bake: For edible cookie dough: Chill 30 mins before serving or for baked cookies: Scoop spoonfuls onto a tray, bake at 170 °C for 8–10 mins until edges set.
