Smileys No-Bake Smileys Cheesecake

Serve slices cold with a cookie on top for that signature Smileys grin — a creamy, crunchy dessert that’s pure happiness in every bite.

Ingredients
  • 10 pcs GALINCO Smileys Cookies, finely crushed
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 pack (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose cream (chilled)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for balance)
  • 4 pcs GALINCO Smileys Cookies, coarsely crushed
  • Chocolate syrup or melted white chocolate (optional drizzle)
Instructions
Step 1
Make the crust: Crush Smileys Cookies using a food processor or rolling pin. Combine with melted butter until evenly moistened. Press mixture firmly into the base of a 6-inch springform pan or ramekins. Chill for 15 minutes to set.
Step 2
Prepare the filling: In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in condensed milk, then add vanilla and lemon juice. Fold in chilled all-purpose cream until light and fluffy.
Step 3
Assemble: Pour the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust. Smooth the top using a spatula.
Step 4
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm (overnight for best texture).
Step 5
Add Toppings: Before serving, sprinkle crushed Smileys Cookies on top and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
