Ingredients
- 1 pack GALINCO Sarap Pinoy Coffee Jelly Mix (200 g)
- 4 cups water
- ½ cup condensed milk
- ½ cup evaporated milk or all-purpose cream
- 1 tbsp instant coffee (optional, for stronger flavor)
- Ice candy plastic bags (1 × 10 inches)
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve Sarap Pinoy Coffee Jelly Mix in water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook until slightly thickened. Cool completely.
Step 2
Add condensed milk, evaporated milk, and optional instant coffee for a richer flavor. Mix well.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into ice candy bags using a funnel, tie tightly, and freeze for 4–6 hours or overnight.
