Ingredients

You will need:

  • 1 box Sarap Pinoy Puto 200g
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 3/4 cup condensed milk
  • melted butter
Preparation

Directions:

Step 1 Brush the molds with some melted butter.
Step 2 In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolk and sweetened condensed milk. Set aside.
Step 3 In a separate bowl, combine Sarap Pinoy Puto Mix and water. Slowly mix for 1 minute.
Step 4 Add sugar and slowly mix for 30 seconds.
Step 5 Add cooking oil and slowly mix for 30 seconds. Set aside.
Step 6 Fill in about 1/3 portion of each mold with leche flan mixture and steam for 5 minutes until set.
Step 7 Pour the puto mixture over the leche flan mixture and steam for 25 minutes.
