Ingredients
  • 1 pack GALINCO Sarap Pinoy Buko Pandan Mix (200 g)
  • 4 cups water
  • ½ cup diced ripe mango
  • ½ cup young coconut (buko) strips
  • ½ cup all-purpose cream
  • ¼ cup condensed milk (adjust to taste)
  • Optional: gelatin cubes or sago pearls for texture
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve the Sarap Pinoy Buko Pandan Mix in water, following pack instructions. Cook until slightly thickened. Cool completely.
Step 2
Mix in all-purpose cream and condensed milk to create a smooth, milky pandan base.
Step 3
In a clear glass or bowl, layer pandan cream, coconut strips, and diced mangoes. Repeat to form two or three layers.
Step 4
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set and cold. Top with extra mangoes and coconut before serving.
Step 5
Serve chilled in glass cups for that café-style look — bright green pandan with yellow mango layers make it picture-perfect for sharing and socials!
