Step 1 Set aside 2 tablespoon Bilo-Bilo Mix.
Step 2 Form dough by mixing the remaining Bilo-Bilo Mix with 1/2 cup water.
Step 3 Mold the dough by hands into 1/2 inch ball size.
Step 4 In a bowl, dissolve the Coconut Cream Powder and the two tablespoon Bilo-Bilo Mix with 1/2 cup water.
Step 5 Bring to boil 4 cups of water and approximately 1 cup of refined sugar or you may add more sugar to suit your taste.
Step 6 Add chopped purple yam or camote and tapioca pearls. Simmer to cook.
Step 7 Drop into boiling water the dough balls and chopped banana and jackfruit strips. Continue to simmer until the balls float.
Step 8 Stir in the dissolved coconut mixture. Simmer for another minute or until the soup thickens.
