Smileys Chocolate-Covered Cookies With Sprinkles

Ingredients
- 10 pcs GALINCO Smileys Cookies
- 1 cup melted chocolate (milk or dark)
- 1 tbsp cooking oil (for smooth coating)
- Rainbow or chocolate sprinkles
- Optional: white chocolate for drizzle
Instructions
Step 1
Melt chocolate in a microwave or double boiler. Add oil and stir until smooth.
Step 2
Hold each Smileys Cookie with tongs or a fork and dip halfway (or fully) into the melted chocolate. Shake off excess.
Step 3
Place dipped cookies on parchment paper and top with sprinkles immediately before the chocolate sets.
Step 4
Let the cookies rest in the fridge for 10–15 minutes or until the coating hardens.
